Well Hello There!
We’re Teresa, Jade and Georgina – the SONA team. Sona means happy in Scottish Gaelic, and that’s what we’re here to bring to your pregnancy, birth and parenting journey, every step of the way.
As parents ourselves, we’ve each had unique journeys through every stage. We even have 8 kids between us, and have faced our fair share of challenges! Along with our individual parenting experiences we’ve been working with parents for more than 8 years.
Our mission is to bring more happiness to your entire parenting journey, we’re continually learning and upgrading our skills in hypnobirthing, breastfeeding, birth trauma recovery, doula training, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, to name just a few! So that we can bring you the best support possible, for your individual journey.
Parenting is challenging and at times overwhelming. We know we can guide you to the positive steps forward that will make a difference in your life. We know because we have seen it in the 100s of parents we have supported throughout our time as the SONA team. We will support you every step of the journey as well.

That’s exciting! And perhaps a little terrifying at the same time…

Your Positive Induction with Jade
Choosing to have an induction is rarely an easy decision, so having support during this time is vital. There are a number of clear steps you can take to make your induction more positive, and it’s one of our specialities.
This is my favourite birth topic, because I know the difference support can make during this time.

At SONA we’ve been supporting parents just like you for more than 7 years.
We use a blend of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and NLP, along with up-to-date research and our experience working with more than 400 families, to create courses, one-to-one session and programmes that are second to none. We know what works.
We not only prepare you for birth, but support you through pregnancy and parenthood.
We recognise that parenthood starts from the moment you find out you’re pregnant (or even before). Your birth experience is really important, but parenthood is a lifetime story that you write yourself, page by page, chapter by chapter. And we are here to support you in finding more joy in that journey, and cope with whatever challenges are thrown your way.
