These sessions are really positive and will help you understand why you experience what you do and how to take the next step forward, to finding the real you again.

 

 

 

 

Initial Consultation (Zoom, 50mins) **Currently Free through August and September 2024**

All new clients should begin with an initial consultation, in this session we’ll discuss your current challenges and your aims, so we can create a plan to move forward.

We’ll look at how the brain works and how hypnotherapy can help you take back control. I’ll ask you some basic questions about your history so that I can create a personal treatment plan for you moving forwards.

You’ll also leave with a personally selected hypnotherapy MP3 download, so you can start taking back control straight away.

 

Subsequent Hypnotherapy Sessions (Zoom, 50mins) £70

Sessions following the initial consultation will vary depending on your specific situation, but will be positive, solution focused sessions. Sessions include a combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP.

The number of sessions varies per client, and an estimate of this will be given at the initial consultation before proceeding with ongoing sessions.

It is also important to note the importance of your commitment to the therapy, although it can feel like hypnotherapy is magic it also relies on us working together to create positive changes.

Jade is brilliant! Her 1:1 sessions have really helped me through some difficult times when I was feeling really anxious. Being able to do the sessions over zoom have allowed me to take part in the 1:1 sessions and the hypnoparenting club much more easily. My 8 year old child and I have hypnotherapy sessions with Jade. My child had some anxieties and I felt they needed help that I couldn’t provide. I had been concerned that getting any help would put a focus on their worries and make them into a big deal. I was wrong – the way the sessions are run means their fears are barely mentioned and a focus is not put on fears and worries at all. My child thinks Jade is “awesome and super smart” and looks forward to speaking to her. Hypnotherapy FAQ

Is hypnotherapy really for me?

Yes! Hypnotherapy is nothing weird, the relaxed state we create during hypnosis is the same state we slip in and out of naturally many times a day.

We use that state of relaxation to help make positive changes that you want to see in your life.

I need help with something I'm not ready to talk about

One of the biggest benefits of this type of therapy is that you don’t have to share anything that you’re not ready to. We can work through things without going into detail or having to talk through it again and again.

Of course you’re welcome to share as much as you want to, but there’s no need to share more than you feel comfortable doing.

Will I feel out of control?

Hypnotherapy is not mind control – even though many kids films and books will have you believe it is! 

It’s entering a lovely relaxed state where you will still have control. You slip into this state regularly anyway, when driving, out for a walk, watching TV etc.

How many session do people usually need?

This varies from client to client and will be discussed during the initial consultation. Most people have between 4 and 8 sessions.
