THE SUPPORT YOU NEED AS A BUSY PARENT

Just a quick scroll on Instagram will tell you that, as a parent, you need to make self care a priority, that you ‘can’t pour from an empty cup’, that to be the best parent you can be you need to look after you.

But doesn’t it just feel like another thing to add to your ‘to do’ list. It’s another thing to make us feel like we’re not doing enough.

Of course it is important, but where do you start, where do you find the time?! 

Well I have the answer for you, The Hypnoparenting Club, something you can do from the comfort of your own home that won’t take heaps of time and will help you improve your mental health with very little effort.

I’m excited to introduce you to… 

THE HYPNOPARENTING CLUB

A lovely supportive group of parents with kids ages (0-18years) who know it’s important to do something for themselves but don’t have lots of time.

Join us twice a month on Monday evenings, 8pm-9pm, on Zoom from the comfort of your own home, in the first half of the session we’ll share some gratitude practice and if you want to you can share any challenges – however, there is no requirement to share any more than you want to. Each month we have a topic and I’ll share a little about that then for the second half of the call you can get comfy and listen to a hypnotherapy relaxation session.

This will set you up for a night of productive sleep (even if your little ones still wake you up we’re improving sleep quality).

GROUP HYPNOTHERAPY

Every month we have two group Zoom calls, which you can attend live or watch the replay. Ask questions on the call or in advance.

Enjoy a hypnotherapy relaxation session from the comfort of your own home.

Here we target any areas where you’re stuck and keep your stress levels under control, so you can be a calmer, more present parent.

MONTHLY CONTENT

Each month you have the option of printing a PDF guide with the important dates as well as some journaling questions related to our monthly topic.

I’ll suggest a relaxation track from the library that you can listen to at night if you want to.

This will help you move forward each month, working towards building and maintaining mental health resilience.

LIBRARY

You’ll get access to a library of relaxation tracks, from 5 minute relaxation to 30 minute tracks you can find something to suit.

Whether you need something to boost your confidence, help you get to sleep, increase energy and motivation, we’ve got you covered!

Or find your favourite and listen to it as often as you like!

I HELP PARENTS BUILD LONG TERM MENTAL HEALTH RESILIENCE.

Helping parents build their mental health resilience is my passion! Hypnoparenting was something I dreamt about for years before launching the first course in 2019, but I quickly realised that parents wanted support beyond the course. And so The Hypnoparenting Club was born!

As a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, specialising in working with parents, I know that life as a parent will throw you all sorts of challenges;  we cannot avoid the challenges but we can build our resilience so we can cope better with them.

Regular hypnotherapy, reflection and curiosity is key, along with having the community and support when you need it.

And I can’t wait for you to join us on this journey.

FAQ

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED? I'M BUSY!

I get it! Your time is really precious.

Think of the Hypnoparenting Club as a buffet, and select the things you need each month (If you’re not sure what to do next I’ll be there to guide you too).

Select the relaxation track that best suits you and listen each night as you fall asleep, dip into the masterclasses when you get a coffee break, or listen in while out for a walk.

To get everything else done we really need to make time for us. When our stress levels are lower, we can think more clearly, work faster, and we’re generally more efficient.

Taking time for you isn’t a luxury, it’s productive time.

DO I NEED TO MAKE THE LIVE CALLS?

What if I can’t make the live calls? Our live calls are currently Monday evening at 8pm (UK time), twice a month.

Joining us live is great! But if you can’t make it you can submit questions beforehand, and the group session replays are uploaded within 48hrs.

A MEMBERSHIP? HOW LONG TO DO I NEED TO JOIN?

You’re welcome to join us for as long as you enjoy being a member! You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Just send me an email and I’ll sort it out for you.

I'M FEELING OVERWHELMED, CAN I REALLY DO THIS?

Here’s a little tough love – it’s absolutely vital to put yourself first, for your own health and your family’s.

However, I promise to make it as easy as possible for you to make progress with the limited time you have.

Plus by working on improving sleep and energy levels you’ll actually boost your capacity for the things you want to do.
