HYPNOBIRTHING CLASSES IN CHAPELTON, NEWTONHILL
Join Jade in Chapelton of Elsick, right beside Newtonhill for a Hypnobirthing Essentials Class, and take back control of your birth experience.
We also run a pregnancy get together for those in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire at Brae in Chapelton, so please do pop in for a cuppa and a chat, upcoming dates are listed below.
We recommend starting group classes from 20 weeks onwards, and one-to-one classes can be started earlier if you are feeling particularly anxious.
Hypnobirthing Classes Chapelton
Jade Hypnobirthing classes run on a Saturday from 9am-1pm. Jade will cover all the essentials of hypnobirthing so you leave armed with tools to help you in labour. Your partner is more than welcome to attend with you.

Chapelton Pregnancy and 4th Trimester Group
As well as hypnobirthing classes Jade also runs a monthly free get together for pregnancy and the 4th trimester. You can pop along to any of our sessions for a cuppa and a chat.
