Pregnancy exercise classes are not only a great way to keep fit but are also a great way to meet other mums to be. There’s quite a range in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. All the classes below have been recommended to me by mum I know.
Swimming

- Prams in the park is very popular with new mums, you take your baby along with you, but it’s also suitable for pregnant women and it’s a great way to start to build your support network before baby arrives.
