April Restart

It’s time to really start the year the way you want to.

The start of the year can bring some magic to it; that fresh start, those hopeful resolutions. But of course sometimes there’s a lot going on, schools aren’t back, routines are out, it’s generally pretty dark and damp here too…

And suddenly it seems a quarter of the calendar year has already passed.

As we look back at the past few months, it’s easy to feel like we’ve not lived up to our expectations. Whether that was being more organised, taking care of yourself more, improving connection with your family, being less shouty. Or maybe those resolutions or good habits have been abandoned and feel like a pipe dream. We can all have great intentions, but what actually matters is what we do on a daily or weekly basis.

In reality any date or month can be a Restart.

There’s also something special about April as we truly move into spring, the snowdrops give way to the daffodils, the kids don’t need 14 layers of clothing to go out to play, there’s more daylight.

If you’ve been feeling behind, let’s just agree that there is no behind and to Restart Now and begin afresh. Learn from yesterday, but move forward in the way we want to.

Hi, I’m Jade! I help parents build long term mental health resilience.

If we haven’t met yet, hello! I’ll be leading you through this two week challenge.

I am passionate about helping parents build their mental health resilience. Hypnoparenting was something I dreamt about for years before launching the first course in 2019, but I quickly realised that parents wanted support beyond a short course. And so The Hypnoparenting Club was born! During this challenge I’ve pulled some of may favourite from The Hypnoparenting Club to help you make progress.

As a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, specialising in working with parents I know that life as a parent will throw you all sorts of challenges;  we cannot avoid the challenges but we can build our resilience so we can cope with them.

Hypnotherapy, reflection and curiosity is key, along with having the community and support when you need it, and you’re going to get a taste of this in April. And I can’t wait for to support you on this journey.
