Feeling like you’re spinning all the plates…
As a parent it feels like you can’t possibly spin another plate right now, but people keep handing them to you.
You know you need to be looking after you, in order to maintain control, and be able to support others, but how can you fit that in, how can you possibly add another plate to the mix?!
You want to be present for your family, AND be able to release stress and anxiety BUT there’s so much going on; school holidays, with the economy, with the world at large, we’ve been locked in at various times over the past two years, and now everything’s gotten so expensive it’s hard to manage anything else.
And exhale…
Let’s be honest, parenting is challenging, time is the most precious resource you have! It’s the only resource we can’t make more of, it may feel like time is moving slowly, but in reality those birthdays pass fast, we want to enjoy our time with our family.
As parents we are so focused on doing our best for our wee ones. But, it’s ok to admit that you need support too, because we all do.
The Hypnoparenting Club is the support you need right now.

The Hypnoparenting Club
We all have good intentions, but unless we have regular check ins and sessions we can easily neglect to make time for ourselves. Or even when we do we can still feel like it’s not enough, it doesn’t actually bring harmony to your household. I will guide you in finding the things that actually fill your cup; getting up at 5am, have a quiet tea time, exercise and writing a bunch of random stuff in a book (the things people tell you to do), but as soon as your kids wake up you feel like what was the point?!
Hypnotherapy is the key to making significant change quickly, and a lot of it you can do in your sleep!
In the Hypnoparenting Club I will be there to guide you, to cheer you on and to help you focus on taking that one next step, so you can feel the difference in your happiness and energy levels, and navigate anything life throws your way. Working on yourself will trickle down to your family.

Every month we have two group Zoom calls, which you can attend live or watch the replay. Ask questions on the call or in advance.
Here we target any areas where you’re stuck and keep your stress levels under control, so you can be a calmer, more present parent.

Monthly Content
Each monthly digital content package focuses on a topic that will move you towards thriving and feeling more like the real you. You’ll get a brand new relaxation track, a PDF guide and a recorded masterclass from a Jade or a guest expert.

I help parents build long term mental health resilience.
Helping parents build their mental health resilience is my passion! Hypnoparenting was something I dreamt about for years before launching the first course in 2019, but I quickly realised that parents wanted support beyond the course. And so The Hypnoparenting Club was born!
As a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, specialising in working with parents, I know that life as a parent will throw you all sorts of challenges; we cannot avoid the challenges but we can build our resilience so we can cope better with them.
Regular hypnotherapy, reflection and curiosity is key, along with having the community and support when you need it.
And I can’t wait for you to join us on this journey.

What people asked before signing up for The Hypnoparenting Club
How much time do I need? I'm busy!
I get it! Your time is really precious.
Think of the Hypnoparenting Club as a buffet, and select the things you need each month (If you’re not sure what to do next I’ll be there to guide you too).
Select the relaxation track that best suits you and listen each night as you fall asleep, dip into the masterclasses when you get a coffee break, or listen in while out for a walk.
To get everything else done we really need to make time for us. When our stress levels are lower, we can think more clearly, work faster, and we’re generally more efficient.
Taking time for you isn’t a luxury, it’s productive time.
Do I need to make the live calls?
What if I can’t make the live calls? Our live calls are currently Wednesday evening at 8pm (UK time), twice a month.
Joining us live is great! But if you can’t make it you can submit questions beforehand, and the group session replays are uploaded within 24hrs.
A membership? How long to do I need to join?
You’re welcome to join us for as long as you enjoy being a member! You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Just send me an email and I’ll sort it out for you.
Hypnotherapy?! Is that really for me?
Hypnosis and hypnotherapy means having a single point of focus. It’s actually a really common state that we slip in and out of each day, think staring into space, or getting lost in a book, when you’re driving and lose track of where you are.
We can use this to our advantage to help us relax, to help process stress.
I promise I can’t make you cluck like a chicken, unless that is, you have a true desire to do so!
I'm feeling overwhelmed, can I really do this?
Here’s a little tough love – it’s absolutely vital to put yourself first, for your own health and your family’s.
However, I promise to make it as easy as possible for you to make progress with the limited time you have.
Plus by working on improving sleep and energy levels you’ll actually boost your capacity for the things you want to do.
